READY TO MOVE-READY TO LAUNCH!

When the world changed we all had to do our best to change with it and hang on to whatever routines we could. The only real thing we can all count on is that life does change and right now life changed a lot.  Any small habit we can establish to create some stability helps when the world turns our world upside down.  

One of the hardest things when life changes so abruptly is to adapt to it and then establish a new routine.  Routines are habitual and tied to the rhythms of the daily schedule.  For example I like to workout right after work.  I drive straight there and then change into workout gear and get it done.  That all changed this March as the world came to a stop.

For us here at Joy Drake, we are so excited to launch our signature product “The Ultimate Easy Top” because it helps us stay active.  The ease of it, the support of it the Joy of it all helps us. If we stay active and we stay supported then we stay in our routine which helps us stay together through all this. 

The Ultimate Easy Top is something I can count on now.  I can count on it to be there in my new walking workout routine.  This may sound crazy but sometimes it is my favorite part of my day, to put it on, feel supported all around and get out of the house to move!
